LX is one of the largest purpose-built gymnastics centres in the country. We teach gymnasts of all ages and abilities, from tots to teenagers and beyond.
LX Gymnastics is recently affiliated with the Special Olympics allowing us to include even more gymnasts.
Our gymnastics training teaches flexibility, strength, balance, agility and coordination and promotes confidence, creativity and leadership.
Our unique HUB program teaches skills to our young leaders preparing them for a future in the sport.
Gymnastics develops motor skills and encourages an active, physical life.
At LX Gymnasts there is always something exciting going on, and in future, our Events section will give information about the workshops and parties and latest funky happenings.
