TEEN GYM

Our TeenGym classes cater for older gymnasts who are wanting to help direct their own programme, working on skills they choose themselves.

Gymnasts will work on the newly developed LX Grades system (which replaces the old British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards), with awards being given at the end of the year.

Gymnasts will have the option of competing in our end of year Club Competition, as well as many other events throughout the year.
