Here at The Hub, the development of our Young Leaders is at the heart of everything we do!
Through our specially designed program, our Hub Crew gain valuable qualifications, skills and experience to help them transition from gymnast to coach/judge/event manager…the list really is endless!
Earned via the BG Leadership Academy Program.
Specially designed workshops that will help Hub Crew members prepare for Level 1 coaching courses.
Hub Crew will be assigned a mentor from our coaching team, helping embed knowledge gained from workshops and courses.
Recorded and recognised through Volunteer Now. Includes external opportunities – check out Volunteer Now to learn more.
The Hub will meet a few times per year, organising events and directing their program.
Social events will also be organised.
